We start with our traditional Full Blood Wagyu Bone-In Prime Rib, remove the rack of ribs, and tie it back on. Creating a shelled and tied prime rib roast. Once your roast is to the desired temperature cut the strings and remove the rack of ribs to cut your now boneless prime rib roast. (The beef back ribs still have meat so don’t discard them.)
