Cross Creek Ranch Premium Meats Shipping Standards
Our goal at Cross Creek Premium Meats is to provide our customers with 100% Full Blood Wagyu Beef and Premium American Wagyu Beef products in the fastest time with the least amount of fuss. To make this happen we are committed to the following shipping guidelines.
Packaging
All products are individually sealed in an air-tight package after aging and flash-frozen for freshness upon delivery. Items ordered are placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box, with a fully recyclable PET liner. Dry ice is added to help maintain product stability during shipping.
Shipping Schedules
Packages are shipped Two-Day Air / Express, which should ensure the meat is still frozen or partially frozen upon delivery. We ship products on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week, with exceptions for holidays that may fall on those days. Orders received after 9 AM MST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. We follow this schedule for processing, shipping, and estimating delivery dates:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States.
Shipping Cost
We apply a tiered fee structure based on the total cost of your order. Our monthly boxes ship with a flat $29.95 fee:

Overnight or Special Delivery
We understand priorities and schedules change, and we want to do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Cross Creek Premium Meat order, including rush orders. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet special requests, we will try our hardest. Before Submitting Your Order
Please ensure to:
- Check the address is correct. Orders can only be shipped to one address, and unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO BOX.
- Note that we can only ship within the United States
- Understand that Cross Creek Premium Meats is not responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect, or invalid shipping addresses.
- Remember estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include holidays or weekends.
- Keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed.
