Return Policy
Due to the nature of our perishable products, we cannot accept returns.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our perishable products, we cannot accept exchanges in the strict sense. Please contact us if your product has arrived in an unacceptable condition and we can make arrangements to send out a replacement.

Refunds for Damages & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is warm, rotten, damaged, expired or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 14 business days from the day it arrives to contact us regarding a refund for your order. You can request a refund through our contact form here or call our support line at 800-979-8322.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), on-sale items, or gift cards.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund/exchange request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
