While most beef comes from the chuck roll are used in roasts and steaks, the Denver Cut is specifically designed to be eaten on its own as a high-quality steak.
Preparing Wagyu Denver Steak is a breeze thanks to its short grilling time.
Soak it in your favorite marinade for 6-48 hours to enhance its flavor and watch your diners drool over its rich, buttery umami.

Cut: Denver Steak is cut from the cow’s front shoulder, or chuck roll.

Preparation: Unlike other chuck roll steak cuts, Zabuton Steaks are best flash grilled over very high heat for no more than 45 seconds on each side. It is recommended not to cook them all the way through.
